Signed up and was advertised as same day shipping. It was a Friday so I knew that was unlikely but assumed by Monday it would ship. I reached out and was told it’s actually 1-2 days. The next day no changes and I reached out again only to be told it’s actually 3-5 days. I pushed back and was told it would be escalated and I’d have tracking by the end of the day. That didn’t happen again. I reached out Wednesday morning and was met with a rude unhelpful person who told me “ I don’t know where you heard that” about it being 1-2 day ship time and was updated to 2-3 day shipping time. I was offered credits for future orders and the same expedited offer for shipping. By this point I requested a supervisor but one couldn’t be found. They offered a call back and had to fight just to get a timeline. The supervisor called and repeats a slew of “unfortunately these things can happen”. Asked if someone’s been telling me for 3 days they were expediting and escalating how this could happen. They had no answer. This isn’t just poor service this is deceptive marketing. How these people are able to get medical prescriptions wrote is beyond me. They offered no explanation of why or how something like this happened. There’s a lot of services out there and I’d recommend anyone of them over Friday Plans. At this point I’m unsure the product will show up and if it will be legit.

Ordered, received and when I looked at my bank statement, I was charged $27. Not happy and had to take 2 to work
Response from Friday Plans· May 12, 2026
Hi Wayne, I apologize for the confusion here. I see that your initial order of 9 tablets was $7.91, which included a $20 introductory discount on your first purchase, and recurring orders bill at the standard rate without that discount, which is why your most recent charge was $27. I have added a courtesy credit to your account that will be applied to a future order. Your account is currently still active, so just let me know if you would like it paused or cancelled and I will take care of that right away. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I tried them right before for sure sex. I ate one of the 40mg pills which I thought were to be 100mg and it did not work, again another time the fridayplan pill did not work. O. K. LETS TRY TWO PILLS. It did not work. So. E how on there we sight thinking I was paying minimum turned out I ended up having near $100 taken off my debit card. Surprised at what happened and the pills not working I find out I purchased 40mg and that was not true. I signed up for 100mg. Now I'm pissed off because not only did these pills not work but I was very much OVERCHARGED. I then asked they make good on it with several attempts for my cost and overcharge money and here 2 months later I have received nothing. They even E mailed me back of overcharge and admission along with my debit card transaction history to prove this I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE REFUND. What now am I going to do about this rip off. Why are they putting me thru this horse shit. And I have to continue listening this commercial advertise 87 cont pills. They need to find loophole and shut these con artist get rich ripping off people. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE CRAM DOWN YOUR BRAIN ADVERTISING THAT THESE LYING S. O. B. s ARE DOING JUST THAT. I am 68 yrs. Old and on a fixed income. As well as the frustration of a beautiful, sexually nasty female in my bed, naked, wanting but unable to satisfy except maybe licking on, in and around her vagina. All the time trying to get my penis hard with doubling up on this fake shit pills. The real Viagra from Pfizer pharmaceutical have my penis so hard that after 4 hours see a doctor,? Hell no, I call another escort. The first wore out. In my standing while she's bent over I have been known to look down and see my floor with blood from 10 hours of non stop sex. NOW YOU MAY PAY MORE BUT YOUR GOOD FOR AWHILE COMPLETLY SATISFIED. This Friday Plan is a lie. They at this point have not and will not reimburse my money. I tell you , LESSON LEARNED.

Worthless. Even tried 2 at one time. Nothing. Sugar pill?
Response from Friday Plans· Apr 14, 2026
I'm sorry to hear that your experience wasn't satisfactory, Edward. Our products are generics of brand-name medications and shipped by a US-licensed pharmacy, but we understand that every individual may react differently to Sildenafil or Tadalafil. It might be beneficial for you to try a different dosage or active ingredient. A consult with your PCP or one of our associated health providers could present a useful recommendation. Please respond to Trustpilot's request for additional information so we can look into this further for you.

I have used original viagra in the past with great success. However, when I used the FridayPlans' supposed generic viagra, literally nothing happened. This experience was repeated several times. Perhaps I received a "bad batch," but I am led to question that perhaps these "look-alike" blue pills are nothing more than placebos. Also I suggest paying very careful attention to what you order, because I unknowingly (accidentally) enrolled in an automatic refill program. Three months later my credit card was billed for the refill order after shipment was made and before I could cancel. Subsequently, I officially canceled my account.
Response from Friday Plans· Apr 10, 2026
I'm sorry to hear about your experience, Richard. Our products are FDA-approved generics and are sent directly from a US-licensed pharmacy. However, individual responses to Sildenafil can vary, so a different dosage or active ingredient like Tadalafil might be suitable for your needs. Please contact your healthcare provider or one of our associated health providers for personalized suggestions. Regarding the unintended enrollment in our automatic refill program, I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience this caused. So we can look into the issue with billing and shipment, please respond to Trustpilot's request for additional information.
