Hi Ben, I apologize for the confusion here. Your first order included our introductory discount, which is why it billed at the lower price, and recurring orders bill at the standard rate without that discount, which is what generated the second charge. I see that when you contacted us we refunded that second monthly charge and cancelled your account, which will not change unless you log in and request more shipments, and there have been no charges since. I have also added a $15 courtesy credit to your account should you decide to try us out again. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I see that your first order did bill at the advertised introductory price of $7.91 for 9 tablets, and that the 6 month prepaid plan was selected after checkout, which is the optional offer that generated the $89.98 charge. Since you cancelled after your first shipment, there is a $51 credit remaining on your account, and I am happy to either refund that to your original payment method or leave it applied toward future orders if you decide to return, just let me know which you prefer.
