So far I love the program. The Interface is simple, easy to use. I'm still in the process of setting it up, and looking to figure out how to link mail chimp to the program so I can sending out my newsletters.

Great feedback from development team. Couple of glitches that keep appearing where all notes are imported to a deal when not necessary take the shine off an otherwise excellent CRM

Easy and simple to use. The UI is easy to understand.

All the features I've used so far have been great. look forward to learning more. Would like to be able to arrange the deals in my own order, not sure if that is possible.

Great features for free

I use Fridaycrm for tracking the contacts I've made in schools. I can check that I'm not e-mailing people twice to ask if they want support etc. I find it easy to use. There doesn't seem to be much support, but then it hasn't cost me anything. It's a shame that I can't change things like renaming "deals". I don't do deals as I'm offering support that's free. But apart from that there's not much I would change.

Simple but powerful especially to it's straightforward Google connection

So far it's working OK. Needs better understanding of how to asign tasks and who can see what?
