I found the program easy to comply with and the app is good if I'm forgetting the pacing. I use the techniques when I start to feel anxious or overwhelmed.

I suffer from nocturnal panic attacks. I wake up and am hyperventilating and the program has helped me to reset my brain and body. I like the fact that I can use this technique anytime and place and know I am in control. It is easy and well worth the time it took to acquire this skill. I also use it in stressful situations like dentists and doctors visits.
