Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback, it is very valuable to us! We understand your frustration regarding the gameplay requirement before a redemption can be requested. To clarify, the 1x playthrough requirement on purchases is a standard regulation that all legal sweepstakes casinos must follow to comply with anti-money laundering policies. With that said, we truly value your feedback. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time via Live Chat or email if you wish to discuss this further.

Hello Judas,  We'd like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take all feedback seriously and want to address a few key points. Free Spin is a social casino, not a real-money gambling platform. In accordance to our Terms, all games are strictly for entertainment purposes, although we can definitely highlight that the game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator). We'd genuinely welcome the opportunity to review your account activity and address any specific concerns you have, which is why we've also requested the information.  As for the RTPs, they vary based on each game, although we do highly encourage you to review the game details from the Info button of each game.  If you'd like us to look into your account, please contact us at [email protected] or a live chat, we're available 24/7!

Hi Michael, thanks for sharing your feedback, sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can feel when results change after adjusting bets, but game outcomes are based on RNG and each spin is independent, so win patterns aren’t influenced by stake changes. We appreciate you giving it a try and wish you better luck in future sessions.
