The best thing about Freemodel
The best thing about Freemodel, except for the sheer convienience of it, is the communications between their representative and the home seller. In our case, Alex was with us every step of the way from initial paperwork and quelling our skeptical minds concerning the concept, and celebrating with us for a job well done by local contractors. Excellent work to all at Freemodel!

Phenomenal Results
We had an excellent experience with Freemodel. From bid to completion, the process was clear, and the results were phenomenal. It was nice to be able to monitor the progress of the project using the Photo Album feature. Melissa was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

Freemodel Experience
Freemodel did an amazing job on transforming my client's house going on the market. They did it really quickly and my clients do not have to pay until it closes escrow. My client's house was sold within 2 hours of listing it and sold for approximately $500,000.00 over asking. I do not think my sellers would have received offers anywhere near to that price had we not modernized their home.
