Fr8star itself did great the website worked well But I know on the pickup side of things the transport company did not Communicate well the auction house. I stayed in close contact with the auction house and I know that he was told it would be picked up by 11am one day and he was never notified that the plan had changed to the next day So I think they could of done better with that

Service was OK but communications could have been better. Ending up delivering day early and had to be delivered to an alternate location which caused me to load and haul it 2 hours into the mountains. Trip was shorter but bill was not reduced.

I was not notified with pictures when shipment was picked up. I found out via card withdrawal. I was not notified when the shipment was delivered which was the next morning. I was fortunate to have someone at drop location to unload. Load delivered safely and dispatch apologized for confusion so I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2.

Shipper was very prompt and fairly priced. Unfortunately some parts that seller said were on the load were missing when it was delivered, the main one being part of the snow plow kit that made it unusable.

Poor communication arrived 2 hours later than told. Driver was unable too off load item.I had to leave work and drive back.

It was handy to use fr8star for shipping quotes and to get a trucker. But once I awarded my load with 917 Smith , that is when the trouble began. Manny tried to tell me that they'll haul our tractor that same week, then he still didn't and said it'll be next week. The next week came and went and then Manny said definitely next week, till then I wasn't believing him anymore and didn't know what to do. So I called Wyatt with fr8star And he was really good at helping me out 👍 I started dealing with Jordan from 917 smith and he wasn't any better. When they finally gave me the number of the driver, I called him and then I had hope that we might still get our tractor. I just dealed with the driver after that and he was very good to keep me updated on where he was at ect. Another dumb thing was, 917 Smith didn't even give the driver all the paperwork so I had to send him some more before he could load the tractor. All in all, 917 Smith says 4 to 6 pick-up days after awarded and it was 3 weeks till I got the tractor 🙄 I would not recommend 917 Smith to anyone cause you can't go by there word for nothing ....

Communication should have been better. The bud was accepted and it was over a week before I heard from Expresseway inc. There were other delays and changes to trucks that added to the delays. Finally received my shipment 4 weeks after process started. Fortunately I had a flexible schedule
