Not only does this app have the perfect balance of accountability and scheduling for me, but I also meet the friendliest people from around the world when we body double. Credit to the software designers but also to the community itself. I love the encouraging emails after certain sessions, weeks, months. I love that you can share a personal link with friends so they can book a session just with you!

Lifechanging, especially if you're neurodivergent.

I worked remotely for three years and Focusmate helped keep me on track the whole time. When I was laid off in the fall, I switched my usage to help me manage daily tasks and job searching. As someone with ADHD I have found that this body doubling system has been consistently supportive to my productivity. I’ve been using focusmate for years. I love the free option, and I also value having limitless sessions.

I have spent YEARS doing adhd "hacks". Body doubling is the one most affective thing for me. I am also very social, and I get energy from spending time with people. But I work home alone all day. Focusmate gives me the perfect amount of social interactions, helping my social health, mental health, and my ability to be more productive at work.
