Very happy everything was delivered as it was supposed to be. We did not open the products yet as our condo is still under construction so we can’t say how the product worked but as far as service, customer service and delivery I will give them five stars

I could not be more pleased with Focused Technology. Without going into the details I can tell you they went above and beyond (pardon the cliché) to help me get the equipment I was looking for. My prospects did not look good for availability but they told me there was one thing they could try. They tried, they succeeded and I received what I was looking for in short order. I will not hesitate to commend their customer service crew and suggest to you that if you think they might be worth a look, I say do it. They knocked it out of the park for me. Thanks again to Focused Technology.

Customer service was great, I accidentally ordered the wrong part, they helped me get it figured out and refunded the wrong one against the correct one, within a week.
