I was treated very fairly when it turned out that the items I wanted were out of stock. They searched and found comparables at about the same price and got them to me by my deadline. They function as expected.

I ordered an item that wasn't available yet, but needed to receive it by a certain date. I called to find out when it might ship, and they were right-on in their estimate.
