The website is very difficult to navigate. The customer reps are super nice on the phone though. :)

Difficult to understand the catalog, very little detail about the catalog items. way behind the web sites of other venders that offer filtering and more detail. enjoyed the phone customer rep I spoke with, and that part of the order was correct. The other half of my order was a custom door seal that apparently never shipped, never saw the seal or heard from anyone at FMP
