The flowers are nothing like what was advertised. We feel cheated. 60 roses ordered and no comms about alternatives. Gave a very cheap looking arrangement. Will never come again.

Pessima esperienza. Davvero poco professionali.

I am in Sri Lanka, I ordered flowers in Sri Lanka for a local delivery but they charged my card in USD substantially higher rate then in local currency. This is very deceitful. I would not recommend them and will not use them again.
Response from Flora2000· Jun 9, 2021
Hi Peter, As per discussion over the phone, we have understood that you were under the impression that the prices are in local currency. However as George explained, local currency is an approximation so that customer can compare the prices with USD and then make their decision on their purchases. We have already sent a resolution on email and hope that the pricing misunderstanding is cleared now. Hope to see you back in the future.

I used them in the past, had a bad experience and though in 2021 , they may got better and focus on customer. Unfortunately NO. Lets summarize the facts and events so you can make a picture for yourself - prior theirs automated machine learning response will kick in bellow : - I ordered a Birthday Flowers to be delivers on 29th of May. Well, got a confirmation e mail , paid fully and all seemed to be good. The flowers were not delivered on 29th. - I received the delivery confirmation e mail on 30th May, that the flowers were delivered . OK , well 1 day delay so what. I called recipient, post the birthday and asked how do you like it . " What ? " was the response. - So i found out that the flowers were NOT delivered despite the confirmed e mail. Dropped query on line on 30th immediately. - response on 31st - " we are sorry, we are looking into this" , not ours responsibility , it is our vendor..etc etc - on 1st June only got a response , that the earliest they can deliver the Birthday flowers from 29th is June 2nd?? - so i cancel it, felt embarrassed in front of my friend and asked for money back - 10 days need to wait and hope to get my money back I wonder what is Flora 200 famous for? What is the company purpose? They are not reliable, not customer centric and seems like a very poor portal which is not responsible for anything . Please try to avoid them, do not wish to anyone to go through the same experience as me. Thank you

I'm so sorry that you had a negative experience with our delivery service. We’ve taken a look at your claim and it seems our outlet made all efforts to deliver your order. However, due to logistics restrictions your order could not be delivered. We sincerely apologize for this. We have already refunded you, which should reflect in 7 days. It’s always important for us to keep our customers satisfied and make fair decisions so as a mark of apology we have now emailed you a $10 discount coupon for your future order with us and we will do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Ordering - easy Money deducted from bank - immediate 100% guarantee of same day delivery - encouraging... but untrue. Confirmation of delivery - received but a lie Flowers - not delivered Excuses - covid (but not affecting NZ at this time, so a lie) Refund 3 weeks after failed delivery... but no money yet. If I hadn't checked about the flowers, 2 weeks later, they would have just kept the money for nothing. Like a scam. EDIT. There was no lockdown in NZ. My sister went in person to a local florist and bought flowers.

I have used them before they have been great, but recently I have tried to contact them about a recent order issue and I have not received word back over two weeks now. They are very difficult to contact.

Hi Allen, We had not received a complaint before this review that is why we were not aware of the scenario until we got this review from you today. As per all the responses on the order page, we have been informed by you and the outlet that recipient was not there at the time of delivery therefore the order was left at the door up on the recipient's request on calls with the local outlet. The order was delivered on the requested date and the recipient was happy with the same. Thank you for shopping with us and we look forward to serve you again.

The flower received was 100% different from what I have ordered. I have emailed a feedback regarding his but no one replied to me. I won't be ordering from this company again and I will warn my friends and family as well as it is such a scam. My mother was not happy with the flowers either as the quality is subpar.

I will never order flowers from this company again. I ordered 3 sets of flowers for mother's day. One for my fiancé, another for my soon to be sister-in-law, and a third for my soon to be mother-in-law. My fiancé got hers, which were different from the other 2. The other 2 I ordered the same style, but I put a individual notes on each of them. Well once i ordered them. I noticed that my card was charged 3 times, each for its individual arrangement. So the 1 I purchased for my fiancé was $10 more than the other 2. The other 2 were priced the same because the were the same type of arrangement. But the day of delivery, I only got my fiancé's and soon to be sister-in-law's delivered. The one I ordered for my soon to be mother-in-law was cancelled off of my order because they "assumed" I made a mistake by ordering 2 of the same arrangements instead of calling me. Even though they all had individual notes attached to them...needless to say I looked bad to my soon to be mother-in-law because I didn't get her anything else for mother's day and the floral company I used would not rectify their mistake and deliver the flowers because they said they were never paid. And I showed them that I was charged for all 3 arrangements. When they told me that there was nothing they could do. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge on my card for the flowers that weren't delivered, because the floral company couldn't even do that to help me out...Like is said, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
