My first order made it there last Wednesday...however the second order never made it. I received an email telling me that the order was delivered...TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS AS THE FIRST ORDER...but it never made it there. Cannot contact Richard or anyone over there at this website. Normally things go smoothly but this time something must be up with all of these complaints. I'll give 48 hours and then call my bank to get my money back....

I have tried many times to contact these guys in not getting any straight answers I wanna know when my order will be delivered !! Order number 1617491 I’m getting very inpatient with the service when I enquire I get the same message every time

I ordered flowers and they were unfortunately delivered late. For a website whose slogan is 'Because You Just Can’t Afford To Be Late!', the irony was not lost on me. As this was my first time using the website, I can't recommend it.

After using Flora2000 website to order a floral delivery on line, an unknown/suspicious use of my credit card was done without my authorization within hours of the order. I also did not receive any order confirmation from Flora2000. I later received a message from my credit card company reference the unauthorized charge. I told the credit card card to dispute the charge. When I questioned Flora2000 about the unauthorized charge, they denied everything and left it at that. They were the only company I had dealt with that day with my credit card. Won't be doing business with them again :(

First I had a guaranteed delivery in September 4th. They did not get there until the 5th. Second: the called ger and got a different address to deliver to her house when I had given them instructions to deliver the gift to her work. These was no way for me to contact anyone to check on the delivery or to complain. So it will get there and it was the best price I found but it will not get there on time.

This incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. On the 4th we got an update from our outlet that the address you provided was incorrect, this is the precise reason they called the receiver to get the correct address. However no one answered their repeated calls. On 5th she replied and gave them another address where the delivery was immediately done. Please understand our outlet rely on the address information given by our customers & if the information given is incorrect or incomplete; its becomes a pretty difficult task for them to complete deliveries on time. In this case our delivering partner tried their best & completed the delivery. As a gesture of goodwill we have emailed you a $5 discount coupon which can be redeemed for a future order. We are extremely sorry that your order was delivered late. Upon investigating with the courier company it was noted that the package was held up in transit due to adverse weather conditions. We know how important the delivery was for you and cannot reverse the unavoidable delay in delivery. To set things right we have refunded you in full for this order. The last 2 orders I had, their partner in the Philippines did not do well in providing the service as promised. Last February, I was notified that my order was delivered when in fact the recipient received none. Although they sent a replacement, it was several days late and there was no longer the element of surprise as I have to ask my wife is she received any flowers. The most recent order I have is supposed to be a bundle of flowers, chocolate and a small stuffed toy. There was no stuffed toy received. That would be my last with this company.

I received flowers for Mother's Day. When I came home, the box was on my front porch. The flowers were already showing brown edges & wilty petals. Since the day was warm I was sure water would revive them, it didn't. They were dead in less than a week. I'm not sure I would recommend Flora2000 to family or friends.
