Plumbing leaks affect 1 in 12 dwellings every year. Catastrophic leaks often begin as a small, undetected drip. These plumbing failures devastate lives, result in billions in insurance claims annually and can cause long term damage including mold infestation. The FloLogic smart water valve constantly monitors your plumbing system and senses leaks as small as a half-ounce per minute or as significant as a broken pipe, then automatically shuts off your water to prevent water damage. Known as “the circuit breaker for every plumbing system®,” the innovative and patented FloLogic System enables home and business owners to greatly reduce or eliminate the economic and personal loss associated with plumbing failures. The FloLogic System has received numerous awards and accolades, including “Best of What’s New” award by Popular Science magazine and "One of “Top 100 Products” by Building Products magazine. When I had a question about the battery 2-3 yeats ago I had an excellent experience with someone at Flologic on the steps to install it. No issues since. I highly recommend Flologic; if I had it at my last house it would have prevented $300,000 in damages.

I've had 6 floods. This would have prevented 5 of them I can't understand why insurance companies don't pay for it. The one flood it would not have prevented was due to roof damage and rain.

I feel very comfortable going out of town and knowing that I will not come home to a house full of water. This did happen to me once prior to the Flologic.

Have had great experience and very satisfied I invested the money in a flologic system for my home. What makes it different than other companies, is that I have a phone number and person to call when I need advice or have a question about a specific code message showing up on the monitoring screen. Recommended this to my son & friends.

Got this in 2011 after a bad experience with a leak in my house while I wasn't there. The system was easy to install electrically and I got a plumber to do the piping. There were some minor startup bugs that Flologic took care of perfectly. The product kept alarming when it was started up and I thought that was a problem with the system but it turned out the system was so sensitive it was detecting some toilet leaks that I was not even aware of. After fixing the two toilets the system worked perfectly. I paired it with a Sensaphone monitoring system so now I get a text and email if something goes wrong while I am away. Also it is handy that the Flologic automatically goes to "away" after no water use in 18 hours as I have left home more than once without setting it to "away".

Our Flologic has been in service for just over nine years. Only maintenance required has been (expected) replacement of the external battery backup. When it was necessary to seek information from Flologic, replies to our questions have been prompt and helpful. We've had no major leaks (thank goodness) but Flologic occasionally shuts our water supply off when unusual usage patterns are detected (as when we have additional family members or guests changing our water consumption) -- which is what it's designed to do.
