I has a confusion about my lenses. I asked in the chat and Rims was absolutely AMAZING! They answered all my questions and helped when I was struggling with picking the correct lenses. They ensured that all the information was correct and accurate before I bought my glasses. Customer service was wonderful!

Un SAV très réactif si souci."" Je pense que les avis défavorables sont écrits par des opticiens ""'... Ma vision avec les lunettes Firmoo est exactement la même qu'avec celles payées 600€ il y a 2 ans. Je n'achèterai plus mes lunettes chez un opticien, je ne me ferai plus avoir. Merci Firmoo.

Although I couldn't determine how to purchase simple reading glasses, I put a note in my order and they immediately contacted me for clarification. I would suggest they make that a specific option on their ordering process. And even though the shipping took quite a long time, but for the quality, service, and price, I am happy to wait a bit. Thank you Firmoo!

Good customer service. My glasses didn't fit but they refunded me without hassle and were quick to reply and sort the problem. They seemed good quality too, just the wrong size.
