I knew I could return the rug we chose, though how we would suitably wrap it I have no idea. I searched to find specs of recommended rug pad before purchasing; nothing but dimensions. Having recently bought a sturdy pad for the same price from build.com, which is an excellent product, I "expected" a similar pad. This one was the lightest weight possible not to float to the clouds of its own accord; you could read the newspaper through it. Impossible to place rug on pad without bunching up absent a crew of 4 to hover rug over "pad", and it does not keep the very heavy rug from moving either ! That aspect makes me feel gypped. Rug as pictured, although there was no info on whether the dimensions included the fringe, which in my case is very minimal.

The rug was shipped promptly! Arrived in two days. Beautiful and as pictured.

This was my first purchase from Fine Rug Collection. Before making it, I looked at several other oriental rug sites and purchased two locally (which I returned). Fine Rug Collection site was easy to navigate, their online chat helpful and the pricing, especially with discount, excellent. The rug was delivered in 2 days. The colors on-line were very close to actual and although a "semi-antique" the rug's condition is excellent. My only reservation (and reason for 4 stars vs 5) was some contradictions between the chat salesperson's recommendations and the website's.

I am very happy with the customer service and the rug I purchased. I will be a returning customer.
