We were hoping to use a thicker filter
We were hoping to use a thicker filter, but were not able to fit it. Ray and his team were gracious enough to send out the same size but thinner at no extra cost and same value. Thank you so much for your help.

Discount issue resolved.
I had an issue getting a discount mentioned on my latest order. I emailed them my concern and Ray made sure my discount was applied. Very prompt and made sure to address my issue. I would definitely recommend Filter King and they will have me as a loyal customer. Thank you!

Ray was super helpful in getting my issues resolved. It was my own fault and they still helped me make it right. Hard to find good customer service and people who care!

Ray and Matthew were amazing
Ray and Matthew were amazing! I have a difficult filter size, and when the size I first ordered did not fit well, they were able to offer me a free exchange for a better size. Thank you so much!

Great customer service
Great customer service! I bought 5 of the wrong size filters. I needed these filters like yesterday. I emailed them to tell them, expecting to have to, at least, send these back in order to receive the right size, which would take weeks. They email me back the same afternoon. They immediately sent me the right size, without receiving the wrong ones back, even. Great company!
