As for your experience, we would like to address a few points: 1. Lack of transparency: While we did request information from your side concerning your business model, we understand that not revealing the reason for requesting it may be frustrating. However, this was to ensure that your business matches FasterPay's standards and regulations. 2. Poor customer support: We noticed that your application started on February 15th, 2024. However, your first response to the onboarding check ticket was on March 13th. Hence, this is to clarify that we are very diligent regarding replying on time to attend to our merchants' needs. 3. Unreasonable requests: Each request we needed from your business was for us to consider and ensure that your business model complies with FasterPay's risk calculations and our standards. We understand that clarifications were not provided, as these may include confidential information that can not be shared. 4. Rejected application without explanation: Upon rejecting an application, at certain times, the reasons can not be revealed as we have many factors and considerations that we take note of and many of them are confidential.
