This websites a fraudulent site do not buy from them read the fine print I spent $2000 and I still haven’t Receive any of my items I bought. I’ve emailed them tried to contact them. They’ve never responded and now I’m dealing with making a claim to get reimbursed. Do not buy from this Website if I could, I’d give it zero star rating

Totally disgusting, I went through the web page and from the beginning I was a bit unconfident because of the bad quality of the pictures and the lack of details but even with that I finally did a purchase because the price I found was really good. After 2 days I've found that I have to pay around a 30% extra for import the item!! NEVER EVER BUY HERE They never clarify this until you are in the trap, then after reading their policies I discovered you have to pay imports and if you want to return you have to pay the export plus a penalty... To sum up, a totally ruin for a product of a dodgy origin, that you will pay for return so at the end you can not even check if it fits on you or the quality of the product IT IS A TRAP for people who never read the small letter like me, so now I have my order trapped in customs and if I don't pay seems like I will loose more money and without even being sure of what the hell I will receive. Totally disgusting and feeling scammed, my advice never buy nothing here, it will be more problems than solutions and at the end of the day you could end up paying for nothing Terribly sad at the moment with my mistake buying here UPDATE: After sending many e-mails nobody has answers and what is worst is that they say strictly in the websites that now you buy there are no hidden costs and any duties will be charged, but they don't reply so I had to lose all the money and the jacket was more expensive than buying directly to the brand web page... I am feeling totally disappointed and hopefully this reach someone early so s/he doesn't sufer the same luck!!

Company went MIA. Ordered a long time ago, no tracking or anything and site is gone. Didn’t receive items.

Bestelling geplaatst en niks ontvangen. Via instagram contact gezocht en ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen en ze zouden een andere manier van versturen zoeken, beide niet gebeurd. Meerdere malen opnieuw contact proberen te zoeken via instagram en de mail maar geen succes. Ondertussen ben ik al 1,5 maand verder en heb ik geen vertrouwen meer in deze website.

Eerder al een reactie geplaatst dat ik het pakket niet ontvangen heb, daarna een reactie dat ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen. Uiteindelijk nog steeds geen geld terug en ook niks meer gehoord. Nu is de website ook offline. Er kan bij iedereen wat gebeuren maar helemaal nier reageren is wel jammer….

I ordered anti crease soft shields, a 2-pack, because a friend recommened these to me. A few days later I wanted to check my order and saw that the webshop was closed. I couldnt contact them, i couldnt trace my order. It's been a week, more or less, and I still haven't heard anything about my order

Trui teruggestuurd, website geeft aan dat het binnen 7 dagen verwerkt zal worden. Ben inmiddels 3 weken verder en nog steeds geen geld terug mogen ontvangen. Op mails word ook niet gereageerd.

Op 14 maart een email gestuurd dat het desbetreffende pakket niet op een anders adres is geleverd, vorige week nog een email gestuurd met de vraag of er intussen al wat bekend is maar helaas tot op heden nog niks vernomen. Er kan altijd wat verkeerd gaan maar als ik na ruim een maand nog steeds niet mijn product heb ontvangen of mijn geld het terug gekregen vind ik dit wel een kwalijke zaak..
