I bought a pair of Silhouette eyeglasses frames. Because the reviews were mixed, I was worried, so first I contacted them through their contact form to verify if indeed they had the frames in stock ready to order. They replied within 24h, I placed the order, and the package arrived in 4 days to my US address. The frames were indeed original and brand new.

From the first day I ordered, I was regularly informed by Fash Brands (Jeff) about the order processing. When I had problems with customs and needed documents, they were promptly sent to me. Great support! Thanks a lot! BR Monika from Munich, Germany
