Had the most horrible experience in…
Had the most horrible experience in Falcon Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The building is old with lack of maintenance. The new owner is asking everyone to vacate and refusing maintenance of all apartments. Swimming Pool and Gym are closed for more than a year. Earlier it was pet friendly. Now they do not allow cats/dogs suddenly and asking all owners to dispose pets (?!). Unethical practices, deteriorating building quality, and lack of empathy towards tenants. Will not recommend. The only upside is the apartments are bigger than average.
