They will sell your custom designs.
Their website claims that anything you pay them to digitize is yours. However, they were found to be selling my custom designs on Etsy. They claimed I could pay for exclusivity, on my own designs and that because they were generic designs I was exempt from IP claims. Highly unprofessional.

We take all client feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Upon being made aware of the concern, we immediately removed all listings in question as a gesture of good faith. We also proposed a mutual settlement to resolve the matter fairly for both parties.
