I had a dispute with Paypal over an unauthorized charge. After a week of fruitless phone calls I gave up and gave the case to Fairshake. I really didn't expect anything to happen but was very pleasantly surprised by a full settlement. They made the process painless and although I hope to never need their service again I'm glad to know it's there if I do.

It took awhile. About 5 months but eventually I was completely satisfied with the service Clarissa was most helpful.

Veronica at FS was fantastic - always checking in with me thru the process dealing with a major communications business - if it hadn't been for an unexpected event with the comm. business, I'm sure things would have worked out better for us. All-in-all we did get something from this co. which i am sure would not have happened with out FS & Veronica
