sent glasses 2 times cannot see olut of them so i cannot use them

The replacement order has been received, and while the prescription itself has been corrected, the bifocal placement remains unsatisfactory. The reading segments are still positioned too close to the bridge of the nose and not centered, rendering them unusable. Issue still unresolved at the time of this post two weeks later.

I ordered these glasses over a month ago. No communication from you as to why they are late. I had to reach out to my sites rep to get infromation

It does appear your unique prescription will only fit certain frames and we had to change frames causing a delay. We are again so sorry for the inconvenience and frustration. The safety glasses I needed were not offered. The ones I had to order were smaller than i needed, No extra-large frames available. The person on site for testing and ordering was great though, she tried her best to find me something that might work.
