glasses came fine. unable to get them fitted. they were very large. process was difficult at best. what was online did not match the glasses on site. I had been trying to get the glasses ordered for over 3 months with log in errors. glasses needed lots of adjusting to be usable. 1 or 2x a year it would be good to have help with an optician or a person to help do those things

Hello Jennifer, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the fit of your glasses and the ordering process. You should be able to go to any local provider (usually at no charge) to have them adjusted. -Team Eyelation

First set of glasses had incorrect prescription. The prescription. Was done by the rep that cam on sight. I apparently waited to long due to circumstances beyond my control to have them replaced. I had to have a new pair bought with a prescription from my eye doctor.

Shipping is taking a long time but out of eyelations hands
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.· May 22, 2026
Hello Danny, We are concerned to hear your glasses haven't arrived and that you haven't received a response. Your glasses are in transit to you. They normally take 3-4 days to get to you after shipping through USPS. Tracking does not say a specific reason for the delays. We are so sorry for their delayed delivery. We will email the tracking information to you. -Team Eyelation
