I had lenses replaced in two pair of frames with Eyeglassdirect recently, and I have a strong prescription (-9 ish). No complaints about the lenses, I can see just fine! Average turnaround time was approximately 2 weeks. In both cases my frames were returned in the same condition I sent them. I would definitely recommend this vendor to anyone looking to save some $$ on glasses.

My local company was unable to make my rimless glasses due to the high perscription, so I gave your company my perscription. I was very satisfied with the cost and finished product. I was wary that the fit would not work ordering on line, but it was perfect. I would have given 5 stars, but the frame itself (for my order since they are rimless, it is just the nose piece and the bows) was not of the same quality that I am accostumed to receiving.

Price was reasonable and communication was excellent and professional. I ordered from Australia so the delivery time was not so good. Whether this is down to the the company itself or US post i am not sure ( I suspect a bit of both) from the tracking information. While the wait was frustrating the overall experience is too be recommended.
