I had an unexpected large expense happen to far from my next closing to hold off. I asked around and everyone told me the same thing, Don't try a payday service as they don't work with realtors use Express Cash Flow they are the best and they know our business. This was confirmed when I discussed it with my broker and I found out we are already set up with them and that is the only commission advance service he uses.
