Able to get a replacement
Contacted customer service about an issue I was experiencing with my Rc model that I recently purchased. After communicating and exchanging emails, they were able to send me a replacement. Polla from customer support was able to get the replacement sent quickly. Will continue to purchase from exhobby in the future.
