Order arrived without a battery in the box. Still waiting to receive an answer on resolving this.

Ordered a fuel tank a month ago and still no sign of it.

I ordered 2 batteries and a charger got the charger but no batteries. I tried to leave a message on the site but its not happening. Now noone will answer me. So I'll triy this first before i contact paypal and the bank .

I ordered landing gear and propellers I never got my propellers you guys sent me two sets of landing gear instead of a set of landing gear and propellers I still can't fly my plane I need my set of propellers that I paid for and never got oh they also don't have an option for fast shipping everything they sell comes from dongguan China and take like three weeks to get to the US that's if you live near Los Angeles your better off buying an American made plane where you can get parts next day
