Took a little longer to arrive than expected, but the product is fantastic

I had to return 1 item and they made that process very simple. So I was impressed!

I made my purchase the day before 4/20. I ask for the discount but heard nothing from them. Otherwise good service.

Product is good but the shipping is ridiculous. DHL sat on my package for 3 day before it moved after receiving it from you! I can mail something to my niece in West Hollywood from Urbana IL and she'll receive it 4 days later, 5 days at the most, will monitor shipping on my order for May and decide if I will continue with automatic shipment!!

Product good, SLOW customer service reply... but we understand your obstacles with weather, etc.

They sell excellent product, and free shipping! You can't really beat that, except that shipping times are unusually long for some strange reason. Still really great service and response time to questions and overall a great experience buying from exhalewell.

Good stuff and shipping

The product is great. At the time that I placed my first order and second order there were a lot of shipping issues going on. Inclement weather, stocking issues, etc. It took quite a long time (3 weeks) for my first order to get to me. But I understand there are uncontrollable factors sometimes. All of that has been resolved and most products are in stock and shipping times are very reasonable now. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating. I was given a very good discount for my next purchase because of this. Otherwise, all in all, it was a 5 star experience. Will definitely make more purchases in the future.
