M-F Athletic was established by Bill Falk in 1960 when he developed the M-F Heel Protector (Plastic Heel Cup), a device that covers the athlete's heel area and is worn like a cup inside shoes. It is still used very effectively to absorb blows to the heel. He started a Track & Field catalog in 1968. As years passed, the M-F Track & Field catalog became the leader in its field. Today, M-F's logo, "Everything Track & Field," stands for the largest selection of equipment and the best service in the industry. The company stocks a huge inventory of all major brands and offers same day service on Track & Field equipment. Customers are invited to call 1-888-556-7464 to talk about track and to receive up-to-the-minute information about equipment, rules and techniques.JUMPING EQUIPMENTTHROWING EQUIPMENT SPRINTS & HURDLESTRAINING ZONE

Can't stand ordering from this company. Unfortunately, they offer products that are difficult to find anywhere else so I don't have much of a choice if I am going to supply my athletes with the tools to improve.

They had the product desired, but the shipping fee is outrageous.

Everything worked perfectly. It’s a great company. Shipping is too pricey of course and I wouldn’t have needed this new stater’s pistol and shells if you had shells for my other two guns. I understand the reasons but it’s so disheartening.

The surcharge just doesn't sit well. Also not giving any estimated time of delivery is disappointing. Other companies have stepped up to the challenge at this point, and it seems you have just put the burden on your customers. I will definitely be reconsidering who I purchase from in the future.

Hello Robert, We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the temporary surcharge. While certainly not as important as health, one of the many byproducts of the Covid pandemic has been a disruption of the global supply chain which caused costs for raw materials and shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding this TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible. If you ever have any questions about this or any other web related situations, please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to help in any way we can. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]

I chose the pick up at location option and it was advertised as Free. When I got to checkout there was a $5.00 shipping charge. False advertising! They also charged me an extra fee because of COVID. That is ridiculous. If costs are up then increase your prices accordingly, don’t add an arbitrary fee.

Hi Lisa. I apologize for the confusion. If you are local and select "customer pick up" from the online checkout, there is absolutely no charge. A minimum of $5.00 is configured to be added to all orders but we will be sending you a revised receipt showing that this charge was removed. Also, I do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the temporary surcharge. Like many other companies, we are experiencing extremely high freight charges that we are hoping will lower over time. Rather than increasing product prices that would be locked in for a full year, we decided it would be best to have a temporary surcharge to cover our costs of bringing in product. If you ever have any questions regarding the online order process, please contact me directly and I would be happy to help. Thanks, Nick Stebenne Website Management M-F Athletic/Perform Better 1.888.556.7464 x 140 [email protected]

I was quoted for $20.00 shipping however at checkout I was charged $45.00 shipping. No explanation what so ever. Update: After looking at the website again I saw at the end of the item description that a $25 charge will be added to oversized items and the hurdle I ordered would be considered oversized. I'll accept that.

Hello Todd. We appreciate your feedback and I'm sorry for the inconvenience regarding shipping costs. After reviewing your order, I do see that an additional $25 was added for freight. Unfortunately, because hurdles are considered oversized, we cover these expenses in the order total. We do explain this within the product details of all qualifying products. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly. Again, my apologies. Nick Stebenne Website Management M-F Athletic/Perform Better 1.888.556.7464 x 140 [email protected]

Hi Michael. I apologize for the issue with your hip numbers. This could have been a problem with the packing or maybe it was mishandled by the carrier. Anyway, we can definitely help fix the situation. Would you mind sending me the pictures and the details about what numbers need to be replaced? My contact information is listed below. Again, my apologies. Nick Stebenne Website Management M-F Athletic/Perform Better 1.888.556.7464 x 140 [email protected]

Very limited special discounts and shipping costs not what was advertised. Surcharge is a joke. Hopefully product is acceptable
