The packing was excellent. The only issue I have is that the seat metal frame was welded crooked and leans one way. How can we rectify?

Easier directions for those who didn’t grow up with computers. The frustration was enough to make me want to send it back but Utube was a much needed help. Response to questions was fast but the “tube” and persistence beat them to the punch. Lol nice bike, it has power,sturdiness,overall great!! 👍 papa

Overall I enjoy having the bike. Customer service has also been very helpful, answering all my questions and providing video tutorials of what I needed aid with. Having the bike has cut down my travel time to destinations in half. Though I don’t have one, I recommend getting a bike seat for comfort as it can be rough riding without one. Given its decent speed, it can be a bit of a thrill riding it, but as always, be careful.
