Defective product, terrible returns experience
I ordered an ergonomic mouse, and when I recieved it the scroll wheel worked but the cursor wouldn't move. When I initiated the return process, I was told "Please note that our only facility for handling warranty claims is located in Canada." This turned out to be a huge issue because I live in the US, and I was forced to pay both import and export taxes myself which added up to over $100, all because Ergodirect sent me a product that did not work. The process has also taken over 6 weeks now, and during this time the issues that caused me to order an ergo mouse in the first place have only gotten worse. I would not order from them, especially if you live in the US.
