Arrived in a sturdy box and was easy to assemble. Have ridden it over 400 miles now on roads and trails with no complaints. If kept on lowest power setting I can get about a 40 mile loop with a little power left when I get home. Great bike for the price!

Bought the bike 6 months ago. Absolutely love it. I had a problem figuring out the hidden menu. Ms. Huang from customer service fixed the problem. Recently bike started turning off when I got to 15 mi's an hr. Customer service figured out the battery had a short. Battery is expensive but Ms. Huang they would replace it under warranty. This from a Company in China, who would have thunk it! Hence I felt compelled to write the review. Thak you EOEO
