Great service w a small fee for anyone wanting to sell their own property and save on commissions! Great site -gets your property on the MLS for a small fee and saves allot of money if you are willing to handle the paperwork and phone calls.

If you are comfortable selling your own home, EntryOnly gets your photos and listing on MLS and Zillow for a reasonable flat fee. It was much cheaper than hiring a realtor, and we have sold several houses at this point without needing to retain a realtor. I would use EntryOnly again and recommend it to a real estate savvy friend.

Overall I had a great experience! The program is relatively easy to use! Any questions I had were answered very quickly! I sold my house within two days! I would most definitely recommend it and will use this site again in the near future when selling my next home!

Working with Jason at Entry Only was great. Whenever I had a question he answered it quickly. The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend him or use him again myself if I move again (unfortunately my husband said we are never moving again. lol). Thanks Jason!

I signed up for EntryOnly.com a few years ago. The website was very easy to use, and I sold my house within a couple of months. The best part is I ended up saving over $14,000 in commissions by not needing my own broker/listing agent. I always recommend this service to everyone I talk to who is looking to sell their house!
