Hi Maria, Unfortunately bank transfer payments can cause delays, and as there was a confusion when it came to the bank transfers we required proof of payment to confirm that the person paying and the person receiving was the same person. Unfortunately, ordering over the Christmas period means delays are sometimes unavoidable, however we understand that it must have been a horrible experience for your mother so we are going to get in touch with you directly to see if we can improve your experience with us in some way. Hi Nikki, Please let me assure you that our company is not here to take your money and leave you without the medicine you need. I have contacted our customer care team and they will be in contact with you shortly regarding your experience, however please let me say that I'm sorry you have not felt completely satisfied with our service. I can see that you ordered overnight shipping, which was sent, the tracking information is showing the package was left at your door on 11/15. Since it was not there, you will need to contact your local UPS to file a claim for a missing item. We have resent your items and will have to be signed for so that we know that you receive your products for sure. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with both products and experiences, so please do update this review once your issues have been rectified. Hi Jeff, I'm very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your product. Our products are completely natural, meaning we do not add any flavours. preservatives, fragrances or any additives. Just pure natural hemp extract. Some people love the flavour, others not so much. We understand the hempy flavour isn't for everyone but we always advise our community of the nature of our products both on our website and on all our marketing materials. However, there are a lot of things that you can do to offset this intense flavour. By using organic, high quality honey or peppermint oil, you will find the flavour far more palatable. Your local pharmacy should also have capsules that you can purchase and dose so that you are not made to take the oil sublingually. By dosing your capsules and taking them orally, you will not experience the flavour whatsoever. I have informed our customer care team of your experiences, and they will be in contact to help you get the most out of your product as possible, with this in mind. Hi Kathy, I'm sorry to hear that this has been the case. Again, I have forwarded this onto our customer care team who should be in touch with you about this very shortly. Once you have received your products we would love to hear back from you. Also, please be aware, recent shipments of CBD into Australia have often been caught up in customs. Sometimes it can take week for products to get through, or not at all. This is an unfortunate issue that we now face with the current laws and regulations in Australia regarding cannabis medicine and products. When ordering CBD products into Australia, this is just one frustrating factor that we must all take into consideration. You can check up on where your parcel is this way, however I have forwarded your case onto a customer care team member and they should be in touch about your parcel shortly.
