On 9th December I ordered a hair piece. On the website it showed as being instock. On 12th December I got an email that it was out of stock and today is 19th and I still have not had my refund. It’s 2nd January and I still have not had my refund.

They sent me hair I did not order, literally, taking my money and senfing me hair Ill never use. They may have run out of the color of hair I ordered and decided to replace my choice of hair with a ridiculous set of wigs, a brown set wig and another wig with colors a woman like me would never wear. This kind of business is bad. Every order I've placed with this business ends up a terrible experience. I don't think I'll ever order drop them again.

Elevates styles has some great wigs, but they have never shipped me any wig I really paid for. I pay for specific colors, often black or off black, and when the wigs arrive, they come in the oddest colors. This company does not care to respect your choice, and send whatever they have, streaks of strange colors only young people will wear. They also make returning their products impossible. I now have a whole consignment of unwanted Elevates styles wigs they have forced on me. I am frustrated at their disregard for their customers. I sometimes stay away from them, and then I get desperate and order after abyear, and then, they send be the wrong wigs again. I want my money back, but they keep it. Sad and frustrated.

Received the wrong item and won’t get back my money, a return or an exchange. Basically I have to stick with it and costumer service was of no help whatsoever. I can’t send anything back because they’re clearance item! 😡 so thanks for not helping again
