My license still has not been renewed. Your company has not finished its full service promise to me yet! I’ve posted a new picture 3 times . I’m still waiting on them to contact me on it’s approval and how to pay State of Oklahoma.

It was expensive for me because I’m living on Social Security. Shortly after I completed the process you came out with military discounts I would have been eligible for and I just saw another discount you offered. These discounts would have helped me a lot. You should give all veterans a discount!

I was pleased with the process of signing up with Elevate but since signing up it has not been so great. I still do not have my card and I'm beginning to think I was taken for my money. I have sent my login information several times and still nothing. My login information is my password OhSnap317; Please fix my account information so that I can get my card

Too expensive to renew!!! Everyone else charges $50 then you owe the state $50. You charged $105 and I still owed the state. Plus where is my card?!?! I renewed on the 24th of April.....I am epileptic and need my meds!!!!! Where the f is my new card? The last one came in 4 days....I may have a seizure, I may die in my sleep from one. What is taking so long???? Oh everyone. It's been almost 1 and a half months now. The state said they never received the doctors note from elevate, nor any contact. I had a seizure yesterday due to no medication. I've contacted elevate again, and they said the state may take up to a month to issue my card.....whatnis this is this??? Do your jib. You are possibly killing me if I have one while I am asleep

Had to reset my password twice so they could figure it out. Had to email my drivers license also even though it was in the application. They don't answer the phone either. Next time I will use someone else.
