First and foremost ejuicedb is fantastic. My husband and i are regular customers due to fast shipping and reasonable prices. Ive never had an issue with an order in the 2 years I've been ordering until recently. Their cx service was quick to respond and got my issue resolved just as fast. I expected since Their support system was thru email this would be a long drawn out experience and it certainly was not. Great customer service is hard to come by (especially working in a customer experience environment all day my expectations are already high) and this team delivered above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service!

Always delivers on time and in tact

With some sort of system error, I was having a bunch of issues with double charges pending, etc. Missy at EB Juice helped me resolve everything! She was amazing!

I had a issue with a product and the customer service representative was amazing they helped me and was given a full refund I was a little sad that I couldn’t get a replacement because it wasn’t available but was able to get the refund I will be placing another order soon
