Una azienda nn affidabile. Prodotto arrivato con 1 mese di ritardo e con difetto... Una VERGOGNA... 0 stella.... Senza credibilità e serietà.

Das Unternehmen arbeitet auf Betrugsbasis. Weder über Chat noch über Telefon oder über die angegebenen Mailadressen ist jemand zu erreichen. Eine lieferung ist nicht erfolgt. auf diverse Schreiben per Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Erst als ich mit einner Anzeige gedroht habe bekam ich die Antwort, daß das Geld zurückerstattet wird. Das Unternehmen eflorashop konnte die Bestellung nicht erfüllen. Ich werde heute eine Anzeige wegen Betrug und unlauterem Wettbewerb gegen das Unternehmen erstatten.

Di una stella ed è già tanto perché per me è 0. Ho ordinato una pianta, ho speso 75 euro, ed era secca dopo poco. Il destinatario della pianta ha fatto controllare ad un esperto e si è scoperto che non aveva radici, ma erano fiori recisi. Peccato che io ho pagto per avere una pianta!!! Assistenza post-vendita zero. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

A very negative experience. The delivery didn't happen even in late afternoon. I had to call their call centre to ask what was going on. Finally after 8pm the delivery happened however the result was even more disappointing. I purchased a bouquet "Bryen" for 54 € (accurate bouquet ...as they say) which should have been a mixed bouquet with pink lilies and little roses whereas the recipient got a small bouquet with just a few tulips (which were not even in the picture). I definitely unrecommend it!
