Its got almost all the features you need for a directory site. Just a few more commonly used features like hiding or un-hiding fields in a listing would make it perfect.

Its a little early but having the Native App option is really what prompted me to move forward. Seems like the templated drag and drop feature is going to be super helpful as well. Fingers crossed! Customer service was great from the start!

I just signed up so rating this now would be a little premature if you're looking for good info but the demo was first rate and all my questions (i had a long list) were answered in the demo before I even had a chance to ask them. I signed up because this company seems to be much more professional and solid than the alternatives I had found. The platform seems to be very well thought out as well and allows me to get under the hood and make changes to the page format that would have cost me $100's for someone else to on the other platform i was looking at. I look forward to seeing what it can do for me.

We really like all of the features that eDirectory offers, and the options to pick and choose which ones work for our needs. Our list is not very big, but the information we can include is robust and will help our constituents to choose the program that is best for them. As a nonprofit, we are thrilled with the pricing and the service so far has been very good. We hope to officially launch the directory in the next few weeks once our customization is complete.

The support has been super fast to reply, the tutorials are really helpful and when I didn't find an answer the chat helped. So far the user interface is fairly easy to use for non-developers. Thanks!
