Our business started with Ecwid. The customer support is beyond amazing. The whole platform is getting better and better exponentially. If you are starting an ecommerce store then there is definitely not a better platform out there. I tried all of them so I would know.

Har prøvet mange forskellige website-builders. Ecwid er ikke bare den billigste løsning og super brugervenlig – da jeg havde brug for hjælp, fik jeg svar inden for 24 timer, og hjælpen var tilmed udover mine forventninger.

I have read several negative reviews about Ecwid's service team and I disagree wholeheartedly. Yes, their service team is based in chat, but I have never received a robot, always a person. They always go above and beyond to solve whatever problems we have presented to them and are always willing to schedule a video conference if they are unable to resolve the issue via chat. The platform itself is very well handled when it comes to an eCommerce platform and I have found it very simple to integrate within my website designs (other bigger name eCommerce platforms require 3rd party paid apps to integrate into a website other than their platform). Many of my web design clients are not very tech savvy and they find the Ecwid App simple to navigate and manage their storefront and products.
