I was looking for quite a while for a fairly inexpensive cart system that offered quantity price breaks that were not forced into percentage off. ECWID is perfect for my needs as my 2000 different products all have different pricing tiers that are not good for straight percentage off tiers. There are definitely some limitations, but it works for me!

Easy to use. No need for "web dev" skills. Customers have no problem purchasing from our website too.

SImple to set up and link to our existing payment providers. It was easy to embed the shop within our current website. I'd like a more seamless Click and Drop integration, but it's still pretty simple to export from Ecwid then import to C&D. There are a few things it would be nice to do - like edit orders or add notes to them - that you can't do without a big leap in price, but other than that, for our small shop, it's a great deal and fairly priced.

Still learning, but overall good product. No plans to change, maybe as I get better at using it, the stars will increase.

Ecwid is a great platform to get your business started; it's user friendly for beginners and you can use Ecwid free with the basic account. I personally upgraded my account because the extra features Ecwid offers are so convenient for keeping things running smoothly for me with minimal stress. There's no fees per listing and your competitors are not advertised on your listings. The site was easy to set up and the customizations are nice.I gave 4/5 stars because some features require adding a code (which they have written up for you in most cases), but I don't know what to do with the codes and that has been the only somewhat difficult part so far.

Deserves a 5 star rating for -Support : very prompt and able to resolve issue or address it as expected. -Customer service is excellent -Technology (never in 2 years experienced any down time) 1 Star less because i expect of the platform enables some cms for custom codes then it will be ultimate. The starter page is limited to only store functionality. Looking forward to features like -Seo on category page -Cms for custom design with possiblity of blog page.. etc The platform is ever evolving and improving. I also host my website without any trouble on ecwid and use the starter page. For a small, medium size businesses is more than sufficient. Thank you for your support
