Upon informing ecosmetics regarding the inferior Lancôme product I received I am very happy and pleased to have received a call back with an apology and an assurance a new product will be shipped. I have received my new Lancôme cream and it is exactly what I ordered and the excellent response and care shown to my issue, I for sure plan to continue to order cosmetics from ecosmetics.

Pores No More
Your prompt, efficient service was great. I just got the product (Dr. Brandt's Pores No More Face Wash). So It will probably take a month or two to notice if it does what it says. Surely do hope so.
