No issues. My Kelty Redwing 40 was shipped from Colorado US 11/04/18 and arrived in UK 19/04/18 as their confirmation email stated. I'm really happy with the purchase as it's £30 cheaper than buying in Amazon.

I brought a Jr Slim Backpack and arrived as advertised. I used amazon not their site per sé. I like the materials, color is great, it feels well build and the size was what I was looking for.

Surprised at the negative reviews here. I have had excellent experience w ebags. Have purchased many bags from them over the years. Recently had to return a piece of luggage, they took it back and promptly credited my acct. Bag wasn't defective but had strange design that made it difficult to open inside pocket without having all contents tumble out. Customer service was great. Just purchased a great carry on bag that I could not find anywhere else. Love their return policy, the large selection, and their sales. Also find the customers' reviews on durability and design of luggage to be spot on and invaluable.

I bought a carry on wheelie for a friend but we split up. Ebags accepted return no question asked and the charge of $5 was minimal for return. Other companies when it is FREE shipping charge a ridiculous cost to return for their shipping cost. I sent out item on monday and by Tuesday night received notice paypal refunding my money. This is FL and I shipped to a FL address but the response was great and NO hassle return

Definitely stand by their product. We had a problem with a suitcase purchased years ago. We just received a new replacement.
