You're not alone, super customer & host service
It was my bad for reaching support too lately and trying to face all issues all by myself. In fact, this kind of hosting (the wp host by Easywp) clearly, doesn't work without a properly setup SSL. They replied super fast, are very engaged and easy to communicate with. It was my greatest experience so far with a customer support. Now my site works smoothly and the app is exactly as described. Fast, secure and easy! Keep it up 💪🏼❤
