Easyship makes shipping on different shipping service providers really convenient and easy. The option to let customers choose and pay for their preferred courier based on delivery time and costs is also really helpful.

Easyship is awesome, the app is easy to use and covers most of the important functions, an order fulfilment app should have. Customer service is great and responsive, quick to resolve issues and bugs. I had tested many similar apps and so far I am the most satisfied with Easyship. I also like the fact that they are always continuing to improve their app and their service.

The EasyShip Sales guys in HK are great! One gentleman came to our office to introduce us to the platform and we've been using it ever since. They offer competitive rates for certain lanes and we really appreciate the AWB generation function for services such as the local post office. Even though EasyShip probably doesn't earn much or even anything from providing the service, it's a great value-add. Regarding customer service, they are awesome as well. Even though there were some issues with scheduling pickups ahead of time, EasyShip customer service was prompt to reply and fixed the issue quickly.

As an e-commerce company based in Hong Kong using Shopify, Easyship is an absolute must to manage and fulfill all your shipping needs in a very user friendly manner. One of their biggest strengths is their robust customer support. They not only listen to you but also take swift action to solve each client's unique pain points. Never seen customer support anywhere as proactive. Highly recommended.
