I had a problem with my debit card being used to open an account without my knowledge. After lodging a complaint with EasyRinger and explaining how we were both a victim of a deliberate fraud, EasyRinger rectified the situation by cancelling the subscription and refunding the amount to my bank account. This happened over a matter days and I thank EasyRinger for their prompt action to correct a messy situation. Many thanks to Brian at EasyRinger for his help.

My account was suspended when my call exceeded the balance in the account. As a result I was unable to add funds so I wrote an appeal to cust svc. I explained I had a lengthy call over 30 minutes trying to resolve an access issue. They accepted my explanation and reinstated my account in which I proceeded to top up my account.
