Good delivery time. I somehow have tiny ear holes and the smallest size rubber tips for AirPod pros would not stay in my ears but the memory foam small size does.

Fine customer service.

This is my 4th time having Eartunes make custom fit ear tip for my IEM's, this time for my HiSenior Mega 7's, and again, superb craftsmanship and quality. Just like with the ear tips for my other 3 IEM's, the fit and the seal are perfect, making outside noise vitually undectable, and further enhancing the sound quality. They have made my low-budget IEM's in to high end performers, and my high-end IEM's to stellar performers. Just can not recommend Eartunes enough.

These are so soft. I wouldn’t say they are more noise canceling than the regular tips, but my ears don’t get sore anymore. I’m usually a medium, so maybe if I got a large it would fill my ear more? But these are good, remind me of old Skull Candies.

This is my second pair of custom molds for my AirPod Pros (dogs got ahold of the first set and chewed to pieces). This time the process even better than the first. They kept my impressions on file, were quick to ask some simple questions I forgot to answer, and got them to me in about 4 weeks (which is what I expected). The first pair they had to remake for me because the side ripped a hole because the materials were too thin (no cost), and this pair it doesn’t appear that will be an issue.

Perfect ear protection! Wore them all day in the heat and hardly knew they were there

I’ve used their custom fit eartips for AirPod pros for several years. They are amazing. The fit allows you absolute security that nothing will fall out of your ears and also blacks out a tremendous amount of noise so the noise cancellation works even better. It also seems to improve the sound quality quite a bit. More importantly, they are really nice people and have helped me do some urgent orders when I needed to get items.

My initial set of Ear Tunes did not work for me. I contacted the company and they made a set that did.
