Items supplied as expected but now getting pounded with e-mails from this vendor.

All was well with product and delivery. I want out of the email avalanche! I have tried to unsubscribe but nothing works. Please take me off the email list. If you don't I will not be using your services again. Thanks.

There really is no way to sleep with these things. They are bulky and if I moved one 1 inch side to side. I had to reset them. I made them tighter and it was the same with a Mark on my face from the goggles. Would all of this have been worth it if they worked. An emphatic no. They also did not work for me. I primed them did not move my head to keep them on for a night and no improvement. A product I was truly excited about, these did not make it. I should have given it a one star. The price is so out of line and the only return is: read this review again.

I bought the cosmetic products: eye liner, mascara, and shadow. None measured up to what I had expected, or to other products. Will not buy again.

I have discussed my dissatisfaction several times with dryeyerescue about my order or the poor result in the “offer” to provide a discount. It seems that they have the power to put a charge on my credit card, but DO NOT seem to be able to apply a CREDIT to it! My problem is that their ordering process OFFERS a discount, but there’s no way to access that and apply it to your order. Then when you ask them to apply the credit in follow-up calls to Customer Service, all they do is offer you another credit to your next order— Totally Unacceptable!!!

Product is great. Website and auto-refill system is lousy. For the 2nd or 3rd time in the last year, I placed an order (with subscription). First shipment was fine. A few days later, I get charged and notified about a 2nd shipment. By chat I reported this and since shipment had not been sent to carrier yet, the agent was able to pull the package back. But I never was refunded for the unfulfilled shipment. On a chat now to resolve. System seems to generate a duplicate order every time I try to get on an auto-refill subscription.

I have been pleased with Dry Eye Rescue in the past. Unfortunately, in December of 2022 I ordered two 2-packs of Tangible Clean for use with my scleral lens, which was eight months worth of solution as per their claim that each bottle would last 2 months. All four of the bottles expired within 4 month of receipt causing me a loss of $50.00 for the two that I could not use before the expiration date of April 20, 2023.

Mascara was the worst I've ever tried. Wanted to return, but I would have to pay for return plus only get a store credit. Wasn't worth it.
